At Better Than Flowers, we aim to make delivery options simple, streamlined and effective. We use a reputable courier service and can offer a variety of options.

If you live on the Mornington Peninsula, you may find it more convenient to pickup your bouquet. We now have a pickup option available to save delivery costs. Pickups are available Tues, Wed and Friday between 9.30am and 2.00pm. Other times available by prior arrangement.
All orders placed before 9.30am can be delivered the next business day to major centres. Please allow extra time to regional addresses.
Discounts apply to large orders so please ring or email us for a quote.
We deliver to private homes, hotels, hospitals and work places If the recipient is not home to receive arrangement, you may choose to leave the arrangement at the door or to leave a calling card to pick up at he post office. This may incur an extra fee. Unfortunately,we are unable to allocate specific times for delivery as that is dependent on the courier service. Deliveries are not usually possible on Weekends and Public Holidays.
Better Than Flowers is not responsible for a delivery once it has left our premises. If a bouquet arrives that has been damaged, please do not hesitate to call us and one of our friendly team will be happy to assist you.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, all orders should be placed at least three working days in advance to ensure complete satisfaction and fulfillment of delivery.
For Melbourne metro, same day delivery can be arranged if the order is placed before 1pm EST on a business day. The rates for a same day will be higher than our standard delivery service - please contact us should you require a quote.
A delivery fee will be charged for any orders that have been shipped and subsequently cancelled.
